I have 15+ years of experience in the areas of Data Mining, Predictive Analytics, Software Design, and Software Development. I have developed against Microsoft SQL databases for 10+ years and I am the lead contributor to the implementation of several BI initiatives for several OEM as well as service-oriented businesses. I am the key designer and developer of several Predictive Analytics software packages, and created a PA Excel Spreadsheet Add-In. I have led several software project development teams as a Project Manager.  I have participated at ICMLA (International Conference on Machine Learning and Applications) and participated in numerous KDD (Knowledge Discovery and Data Mining) conferences.  I was the Lead DMW Consultant for EMERSON, a Fortune 500 company, during a 4-year project to implement BI.

The Cleveland Clinic

Responsible for analyzing the EMR health data derived from the Cleveland Clinic’s Quality Alliance program. The Cleveland Clinic is in the process of a multi-year project in which they are implementing a data warehouse and business intelligence tools. The goal of the project is to produce a physician’s portal that will track patient healthcare across practitioners in the Quality Alliance, discover trends in diagnosis errors, reduce errors, and provide physician feedback as to the overall quality of care and continuity of care delivered to the patient.  The position used SSAS and SSMS for programming and database management.

Responsible for supervising Fourth District bank holding company and state member bank use of quantitative risk measurement models and methodologies, including related risk management activities, associated with the credit, market and operational risk areas and capital planning, including stress testing.
